📜 SnapMarket Terms of Service & Policies

SnapMarket operates as an electronic marketplace platform acting as an "Intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. SnapMarket provides a technological venue connecting independent third-party commercial sellers with retail buyers across India. Unless expressly designated under the "SnapMarket Mall Official Store", products listed on the platform are sold by independent registered sellers.

Use of SnapMarket is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, OTPs, and restricting access to your mobile device.

All prices displayed on SnapMarket are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless indicated otherwise. Sellers are legally mandated to issue a valid tax invoice containing their registered GSTIN number, HSN codes, and itemized tax breakdowns with every shipped parcel.

Sellers and buyers must not list, sell, or purchase any prohibited goods under Indian law, including but not limited to:

• Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized trademarked goods.
• Firearms, weapons, explosive fireworks, and hazardous chemicals.
• Narcotics, prescription drugs, psychotropic substances, and tobacco products.
• Adult, obscene, or racially derogatory materials.
• Protected wildlife parts, ivory, or endangered species items.

Violations result in immediate permanent account termination, seller escrow forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Indian law enforcement authorities.

SnapMarket respects the intellectual property rights of brand owners. If you believe your copyright, trademark, or design patent is being infringed by a listing, submit a verified infringement notice to ipr-takedown@snapmarket.in. Verified infringing listings are delisted within 24 to 36 hours in accordance with Rule 3 of the IT Intermediary Guidelines.
